The Institute of Human Virology – Nigeria (IHV-Nigeria) is a not-for-profit organization registered and established in Nigeria in 2004 to implement scale-up of the PEPFAR program and conduct research and training to promote quality evidence based health systems strengthening. IHV-Nigeria has grown into an organization with over 234 staff members, 95% of whom are Nigerians. IHV-Nigeria’s activities have expanded to meet the growing public health challenges in Nigeria. Our mission is to provide excellence in care and treatment, training and research; respect for the dignity of the person; and hope for the people of Nigeria.
